Technical Account Manager

Vendelux

• Guide customers through onboarding and campaign execution • Collaborate with Customer Success to align on goals and performance • Use data to uncover insights and deliver better customer outcomes • Set up domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems • Build, QA and optimize customer-specific B2B email campaigns • Analyze and manage B2B prospect lists for targeted outreach • Monitor performance, resolve issues, and refine targeting • Track and respond to campaign replies • Drive follow-up, book meetings, and manage conversion funnels • Capture best practices and design scalable, AI-enhanced outreach processes • Partner with engineers to provide feedback that shapes the product roadmap

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in customer success, sales outreach or technical implementation roles
  • Demonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales outreach workflows
  • Background in sales outreach, B2B, lead nurturing, prospect engagement and 1:1 email copywriting is preferred
  • Proven ability using data to analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams
  • High-ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
  • Excited to experiment with AI tools and influence product development
