Senior Manager, Commercial Data & Insights
Dexcom
• Own and evolve the commercial data vision & roadmap across EMEA and LATAM • Establish trusted data foundations across sales, marketing, medical, and market access • Lead Commercial MDM and Customer 360 platforms & efforts • Integrate CRM, ERP, marketing, and educational platforms into a single source of truth • Develop and activate field enablement tools • Serve as the business owner for MDM, C360, and Veeva CRM and Sales Planning & Operations platforms • Build and drive data governance & stewardship • Collaborate with finance, IT, and Global Commercial Excellence to integrate and govern data, systems, tools, and reporting & insights • Create standardized reporting frameworks, dashboards, and self-service BI tools
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience
- 5-8 years of previous people management experience
- Deep expertise in commercial data strategy, including data governance, master data management, and Customer 360 environments
- Strong technical understanding of CRM, ERP, BI, and data-integration architectures
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Skilled at building end-to-end data processes that ensure data quality, trust, consistency, and usability across commercial teams
- Experience supporting Veeva CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
- Adept at designing and optimizing commercial field technologies
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
