• Design the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to be intuitive and efficient • Eliminate friction in software delivery • Design and implement features within the IDP • Establish modern deployment workflows using ArgoCD • Support teams • Take responsibility for their services — from the initial code commit to stable operation • Act as a mentor for development teams and share best practices • Automate application deployments with Helm • Act as a service-oriented bridge between development and operations

Job Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in software development or the DevOps domain with a strong focus on automation
  • Proficient with GitLab CI, Helm, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Terraform / OpenTofu
  • Strong service orientation
  • Proven mentoring skills
  • Passion for simplifying processes
  • Interest in databases
  • Very good German skills (C1 or above)
  • Good English skills (B2 or above)
