• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and administration • Support employee and client onboarding processes, ensuring documentation is complete • Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onboarding milestones are met • Manage and organise files, records, and documentation • Assist with basic reporting and data consolidation • Handle general administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and email coordination • Ensure compliance with internal processes and checklists • Support ad-hoc operational and admin tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Min 2.5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Business Support function
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, basic data analysis)
- Previous experience in administration, business support, or operations support
- Experience supporting onboarding or internal processes (employees or clients)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills

Job Description The Payments Market Manager develops profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from existing accounts.
