Analista Operacional – LATAM

• Apoyar en los procesos de logística de muestras biológicas desde y hacia diferentes países de América Latina. • Realizar la trazabilidad, validación, verificación de las muestras biológicas para envío a procesamiento. • Crear flujogramas de operación que consoliden el proceso de cada uno de los países o proyectos. • Gestionar agendamientos de toma de muestra involucrando a los diferentes actores en el proceso. • Acompañar, orientar y apoyar al paciente y médico tratante para poder resolver dudas técnicas y operacionales ante las diferentes demandas. • Realizar el análisis de los proyectos basados en métricas de interés y KPIs • Conocer los diferentes sistemas y protocolos de la empresa para dar soporte a los públicos en contacto. • Seguir los protocolos específicos diseñados para la operación de los proyectos en los que esté involucrado. • Realizar facturación de clientes de acuerdo a la demanda mensual de las pruebas, interactuando con los equipos de la empresa que intervienen en este proceso. • Crear presentaciones y realizar entrenamientos operacionales a los diferentes públicos que intervienen en la operacionalización de los proyectos. • Proponer y participar con soluciones que permitan la mejora continua de las herramientas usadas por el equipo Latam para la operacionalización de las pruebas. • Preparar kits de toma de muestra, embalar y gestionar envíos nacionales así como controlar el stock de kits en los diferentes puntos de toma a nivel nacional e internacional. • Apoyar al equipo en demandas puntuales que agreguen valor a la operación.

Job Requirements

  • Profesional en Enfermería, Bacteriología, Microbiología o áreas afines;
  • Experiencia +2 años con manipulación de muestras biológicas;
  • Conocimientos en Biología Molecular;
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de Office. Experiencia con tablas dinámicas es un obligatorio;
  • Experiencia con manejo de alto volumen de datos.
  • Plus: Inglés avanzado.
