Role Description The Investment Analyst will support acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management across its multifamily and industrial real estate portfolio. This is not an entry-level analyst role. The firm is looking for a professional who can contribute immediately — someone capable of performing institutional-quality underwriting and communicating insights clearly to senior leadership. - Acquisition Underwriting - Build and maintain detailed financial models for potential investments - Analyze multifamily and industrial acquisitions - Evaluate rent growth, operating expenses, and capital improvement plans - Financial Modeling - Create acquisition models, sensitivity analyses, and scenario projections - Analyze returns including IRR, equity multiples, and cash flow projections - Support investment committee materials and underwriting summaries - Due Diligence - Assist in financial and operational due diligence for acquisitions - Review property management data, financial statements, and operating metrics - Identify potential risks and opportunities in prospective deals - Asset Management Support - Analyze property performance relative to underwriting - Assist with reporting to lenders and capital partners - Monitor KPIs across the portfolio - Investment Communication - Prepare investment memos and research summaries - Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to leadership Qualifications - 5–10 years of experience in real estate investing, acquisitions, or asset management - Experience underwriting U.S. multifamily or industrial assets - Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills - Strong written communication and investment memo writing - Ability to operate independently and work directly with principals Requirements - This role is designed for someone who already understands U.S. real estate private equity and can deliver value immediately. Preferred Experience - Real estate private equity firms - Real estate investment managers - Acquisitions teams at real estate sponsors - Asset management roles focused on U.S. properties Benefits - Salary: $3,500-5,000 USD/month, depending on experience - Working hours: M-F 9am-5pm EST/CST

Senior HEDIS Quality & Audit Analyst

• Serve as a senior subject matter expert for HEDIS quality oversight, audit readiness, and submission support activities. • Independently lead complex NCQA audit workstreams, including Roadmaps, Section 5 documentation, measure-specific evidence, CAHPS and auditor communications. • Interpret and apply federal and state regulatory requirements, and applicable state regulations, to HEDIS documentation, workflows, and data use. • Provide expert guidance on reporting population applicability/management, measure selection, and submission requirements. • Identify, assess, and mitigate audit and submission risks; lead root cause analysis and development of corrective actions for high-risk or complex issues. • Support CMS submission activities, including PLD coordination, testing validation, and final submission readiness. • Develop, refine, and maintain enterprise standards, templates, controls, and documentation to ensure audit-defensible outcomes. • Act as an escalation point for complex audit findings, regulatory interpretation questions, and submission decisions. • Contribute to leadership-level reporting, audit narratives, and governance materials. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen HEDIS audit readiness and submission accuracy. • Performs other duties as assigned.
