Job Requirements
- Strong Administrative Background – Experience in recruiting coordination, HR assistance, or administrative support roles.
- ATS Experience Preferred – Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms is highly valuable.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Required) – Strong skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Scheduling & Coordination Skills – Comfortable managing calendars, interviews, and candidate communications.
- Excellent Written Communication – Ability to draft professional emails, documents, and reports with clarity and accuracy.
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to track multiple candidates, schedules, and processes simultaneously.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives working independently and can effectively manage full-cycle recruiting with minimal oversight.
