Job Requirements
- Proven experience building, scaling, or significantly transforming digital products
- Demonstrated product impact supported by measurable outcomes (activation, retention, churn reduction, revenue growth)
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2/JWT authentication, Webhooks, and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
- Ability to discuss architecture and technical trade-offs directly with engineering teams
- Experience working with product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making
- Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
- Openness to starting work from 6:00 AM CET
- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Position Overview Autodesk's Technical Advisory organization is building a service catalog — a set of fixed-scope, repeatable consulting offerings delivered through a digital platform. The Senior Product Manager, Services will own the detailed design and execution of this catalog. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management within Global Delivery & Solutions, you will define how consulting services are packaged, scoped, priced, discovered, and delivered through the platform. In the first year, you will take the service catalog from concept to market — defining the first set of catalog offerings with customers, establishing the packaging and pricing model, and validating that customers will pay for standardized consulting services. This is a hands-on product management role. You will work directly with consulting delivery teams to understand which services are repeatable enough to catalog, with customers to validate willingness to pay, and with engineering to define how services are represented and transacted on the platform.
