Partnership Manager – Mid/Senior

• Co-own and shape the partnership acquisition strategy and overall channel roadmap • Define and refine the partner value proposition, program structure, and growth levers • Build and grow a revenue-generating portfolio of agency, affiliate, and solution partners • Source and generate new partnership opportunities via marketplaces, ecosystem listings (e.g., Zendesk, Shopify), outbound outreach, and industry events • Own partner onboarding and activation • Build and deepen long-term partner relationships to drive retention and growth • Track partner performance, referrals, and milestone bonuses • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide regular reporting on partner pipeline and revenue contribution • Coordinate with Finance to validate payouts and ensure accurate commission processing

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, channel, or business development
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a revenue-generating partnerships channel
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and experience sourcing new partners from scratch
  • Ability to run commercial discovery calls and persuasive sales presentations
  • Experience working against revenue targets and managing partner pipeline
  • Demonstrated ability to intentionally build and grow long-term partner relationships
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, LTV) and partner performance tracking
  • Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity

Responsibilities include: - Growing revenues annually and delivering value to TMC community partners and supplier partners. - Fostering existing relationships, securing new partnerships, and driving adoption to preferred agreements. - Working with the supplier partnership exec to create, implement, and deliver supplier marketing plans. - Managing a portfolio of hotel suppliers and conducting performance reviews both in person and virtually. - Engaging with TMC partners quarterly to review their hotel program reporting and adoption to rate code. - Obtaining feedback from both suppliers and TMC partners to create strategies that will deliver an increase in ROI. - Supporting the Head of Global Supplier Partnerships in presenting and securing annual sponsorship and marketing inclusion program revenue to achieve company KPI’s and revenue targets. - Building a strong pipeline of TMCs to procure and sign up to OneSTAY consortia hotel program. - Creating new program adoption and marketing offerings in support of One Global’s financial goals. - Attending supplier events and internal company events where applicable. - Supporting ad-hoc company projects and initiatives. - Upselling marketing activities to suppliers. - Supporting internal teams with event planning for regional and global meetings as well as ad-hoc events ensuring maximum value is being delivered to our supplier partners. Qualifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Previous TMC or Global network experience. - 5+ years’ experience, preferably within a supplier relations role. - Proven sales experience within a TMC, hotel supplier, or other travel industry supplier. - Strong organizational, people skills, and team spirit. - Strong time management skills – working across many time zones. - Capable of working independently, proactively, and in a team environment. - A flexible and positive approach with professionalism and approachability. - High level of competency in Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel. - Project management skills desirable. - Adaptable all-rounder with a proactive and diligent work ethic. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Commercially aware with a passion for delivering supplier and customer value.
