Job Requirements
- Act strategically to ensure the quality, security and reliability of the payment institution's financial products, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational stability and an excellent user experience.
- Plan, write and maintain manual and automated tests to guarantee continuous software quality.
- Apply the testing pyramid by creating functional, integrated, regression and exception scenarios.
- Test critical payment flows, including failures, reversals, reconciliations and error handling.
- Ensure test coverage for functional, non-functional, regulatory and security requirements.
- Monitor product stability and reliability, especially for financial transactions and external integrations.
- Identify and propose improvements to tests and processes, considering operational risks and financial impact.
- Collaborate in maintaining integrated test environments.
- Proactively address information security by identifying relevant risks and vulnerabilities.
- Contribute to estimating testing activities and improving backlog predictability.
- Support the team's continuous improvement by analyzing quality indicators and sharing knowledge.
- Perform Code Reviews with a focus on quality, testability and best practices.
