Customer Integration Analyst II
The Standard - StanCorp Financial Group
• Lead customer discussions to define data specifications and onboarding expectations • Conduct business testing on customer files and deliver clear, actionable feedback • Support accurate data flow from customer transmission through end‑system load • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to integrations supporting claims, invoicing, and enrollment • Manage and triage integration inquiries while providing subject‑matter expertise to staff and customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, or customer‑facing project management within the health benefits industry
- Demonstrated experience with integrations supporting absence management and claim administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Copilot, and related Microsoft tools; EDI mapping experience is a plus
- Ability to assess moderately complex situations, identify patterns, determine root causes, and recommend solutions
- Experience working with .txt or .xml data integrations (preferred)
- Familiarity with coordinating cross‑functional resources in business and IT (preferred)
- Experience supporting data implementation or re‑implementation projects (preferred).
