Senior People Operations Associate
Cint
• Execute new employee onboarding, including offer documentation and contracts • Execute leaver offboarding processes and coordinate with other functions for a smooth exit. • Keep a track record of leaves such as sick, vacation or maternity in HRIS • Be the First point of contact with employees on HR-related issues • Represent People Organisation to the business providing local expertise in local laws and regulations. • Organize, maintain and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information. • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of various internal HR processes. • Update, maintain, and present reports with KPIs such as turnover rates and hires by each department/region and be able to provide insights and proactive improvements. • Support the Payroll department by providing employee information, leaves and employee benefits. • Liaise with local IT for hardware issue and collection when needed • Support new hires and leavers during their onboarding and offboarding remotely and in person when needed • Review and prepare Payroll changes for Payroll processing. • Maintain and administer local benefits. • Execute background checks and other pre-employment screening. • Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, and process confidential reports and documents. • Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator/Support or relevant role for at least 3 years.
- Proven experience in Payroll and Benefits tasks globally.
- Digital literate with expertise in using Google Suite and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Excellent communication skills for in-person, email, and telephone calls.
- Excellent skills in written English to create reports and meet tight deadlines.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR required.
- An excellent learner with the ability to work in teams.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment process.

Senior People Relations Partner

• Partner with HR and business leaders to manage performance management cases from start to resolution, including coaching managers and supporting termination decisions when necessary • Guide leaders through employee relations situations including conduct concerns, policy violations, performance issues, and employee complaints • Conduct investigations into employee concerns • Gather documentation, interview stakeholders, and prepare clear investigation summaries and recommendations • Ensure employee relations actions are well documented and compliant with employment laws and company policies • Identify potential risk signals or patterns in employee behavior and escalate concerns appropriately • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases within our case management systems • Partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure seamless and compliant off-boarding processes • Contribute to improvements in employee relations processes, documentation, and internal resources (e.g., knowledge bases or Confluence pages) • Deliver occasional training or guidance for managers on performance management, investigations, and people relations best practices
