NDIS Virtual Assistant

• Set up and manage **MyP** modules: Projects, Opportunities (CRM pipeline), Goals library, HR (training/credentials), forms & documents. • Support **NDIS compliance**: intake forms, feedback/complaints register, client risk assessments, risk profiles, Emergency & Disaster (E&D) plans, onboarding checklist with due dates. • Configure and maintain MyP: projects, opportunities, forms, documents, rosters, tags, auto-tasks, saved views. • Build and maintain compliance registers: incidents, complaints/feedback, training matrix, service risk register, RP admin log. • Manage participant onboarding workflow (intake → risks → E&D → consent → service agreement). • Create staff training videos for MyP (short, role-specific “how-to” tutorials). • Produce engaging behaviour plan training videos (based on clinician-authored plans; captions included; creative and visually appealing). Bonus: animated/avatar-based content is a plus. • Build micro-courses or eLearning modules (nice-to-have). • Monitor **admin@ inbox** and social DMs using approved macros; meet SLAs (24h for non-urgent, 4h for priority). • Draft templated responses and escalate risks or sensitive issues to management. • Relaunch marketing basics: 60-day FB/IG content calendar, Canva posts designed/scheduled, newsletter templates. • Create on-brand content for social media, website, and newsletters (weekly posts, monthly newsletter, daily engagement). • Assist in setting up **Google Workspace, phone systems, automations**, and integrate AI tools into workflows. • Support customer service or staff rostering via phone systems; set up call redirection or automated/AI processes where required. • Explore AI/automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, Apps Script) to improve efficiency (nice-to-have).

Job Requirements

  • Proven VA experience with NDIS providers (ideally Supported Independent Living, Positive Behaviour Support, or Support Coordination).
  • Hands-on **CRM build/configuration** experience (MyP preferred; otherwise similar CRMs with ability to learn quickly).
  • Strong understanding of **NDIS compliance administration** (intake, consents, incidents/complaints, risks, E&D plans, feedback tracking).
  • Canva design and Meta Business Suite scheduling experience.
  • Excellent organisation, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with **Positive Behaviour Support, Support Coordination, and/or SIL**.
  • Nice-to-haves:**
  • AI/automation (Make.com/Zapier/Apps Script) for simple lead → CRM → task flows.
  • Experience building micro-courses/eLearning.
  • Video creation (basic → advanced) with captions; avatars/animation/creative treatments a plus (Loom/Descript/OBS/Canva).
