Project Manager, AI and Educational Technology
Teach For All
• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the AI Literacy & Creator Collective (AI LCC) across Teach For All’s global network. • Manage timelines, workflows, and stakeholder coordination to ensure high-quality delivery of recurring initiatives, including the AI Aspirations, Ambitions and Apprehensions Series. • Design and support structured learning journeys that guide educators from AI literacy to creator. • Manage projects related to the AI and Ed Tech Initiative as the Initiative grows and evolves. • Build and sustain high-engagement, social-first digital communities across platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord. • Foster a distributed leadership model by empowering educators and community members to facilitate discussions, lead initiatives, and share learning. • Support the growth of partnerships with AI, connectivity, and EdTech organizations. • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to innovate program design, test new approaches, and scale impact.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing programs, communities, or initiatives at scale, preferably in education, technology, or global nonprofit contexts.
- Hands-on experience with foundation models and applied prompt engineering in professional or educational settings.
- Excellent facilitative leadership skills—you enable and inspire others rather than dictate.
- Proven ability to work effectively across cultures, regions, languages, and time zones.
- Experience developing partnerships with technology companies or AI ecosystem actors.
- Background in education, teacher professional development, or learning design.
- Familiarity with content creation, including production and editing of original multimedia content (videos, infographics, written guides, toolkits).
- Familiarity with Teach For All’s network.
