In this role you will: - Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients - Assist in preparing client project funding documents - Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progress - Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments - Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners - Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan - Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings - Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews - Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders - Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks Qualifications - Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling, and estimating - Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline - Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing - Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines - Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun Company Description Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back. Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of medical device and aesthetics product development projects within our Commercialization / Project Management team. Reporting into a Program Manager, this role will own day-to-day project management activities, including timeline development, milestone tracking, risk identification, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, knowledge of device and aesthetics product development, and familiarity with related regulatory pathways. PMP certification and prior medical device experience are preferred. - Reporting to: Technical Program Manager - Location: Remote - Salary Range: $80,00-$105,000 annually + annual performance bonus * the final salary offered will depend upon factors that may include but are not limited to the quality and length of experience, education and geographic location. Responsibilities/Essential Duties: - Manage the execution of assigned projects from initiation through launch, ensuring alignment with overall program goals. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones. - Proactively manage, monitor and control scope creep, risks, project budgets and schedule health. - Lead cross-functional project meetings to align priorities, track progress, and drive accountability across teams. - Facilitate collaboration across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Packaging teams. - Track and report project status, escalating risks or roadblocks to the Program Manager and leadership as needed. - Support regulatory and quality strategies, ensuring compliance with FDA and international submission requirements (e.g., 510(k)). - Partner with external suppliers, such as CMOs, to ensure integrated execution. - Maintain project documentation and dashboards within PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project). - Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen project management practices across the organization.
