• Own and evolve HBP’s portfolio of B2B channel partnerships • Define strategic role, objectives, and success metrics for each partner • Ensure channel offerings are differentiated from HBP-owned destinations • Lead partner identification, negotiation, and relationship management • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure channel strategies are aligned • Contribute insight to the evolution of HBP’s partner ecosystem • Engage in partner identification and relationship management • Help evolve partnership frameworks and performance measurement
• Own and drive Harvard Business Impact’s growth across the Middle East region, identifying strategic opportunities and building long-term institutional partnerships • Build and manage relationships with senior academic leaders and government stakeholders, including chancellors, presidents, deans, and ministry officials • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of partnerships and position HBI as a trusted long-term partner for universities navigating digital transformation and AI adoption • Lead, mentor, and support a small regional team, fostering accountability, collaboration and alignment with global strategy • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand HBI’s institutional footprint • Partner with global teams across marketing, product, and customer success to ensure coordinated engagement and delivery of value to institutions
• Deliver high-quality programs and services for assigned clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Serve as the main point of contact for client engagements, building strong relationships with client project managers and senior sponsors. • Coordinate and onboard new projects, involving relevant team members (e.g., Senior Learning Managers, faculty, facilitators) to ensure successful delivery. • Manage project risks and scope, proactively addressing issues before they arise. • Identify business development opportunities and refer them to the Relationship Manager. • Implement solutions that align with client needs, leveraging leadership development expertise. • Engage thought leaders and facilitators to deliver program design and content. • Discuss instructional design and learning objectives to ensure program effectiveness.
