Qualifications - 7+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and quality control, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role. - Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks. - Demonstrated ability to design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites for complex software systems. - Strong track record of identifying, isolating, and documenting critical bugs and edge cases, with a reputation for meticulousness and attention to detail. - Experience leading and mentoring QA teams and managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders and translate technical findings into business value. - Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Requirements - Advanced knowledge of automated testing tools and scripting languages. - Deep understanding of software development life cycle, QA methodologies, and best practices. - Experience with version control systems. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
