Affiliate Manager
Quadcode SaaS
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models in the Philippines market. • Conduct daily affiliate prospecting and outreach. • Process and qualify incoming affiliate leads on a daily basis. • Manage, maintain, and develop relationships with existing affiliates. • Coordinate and manage affiliate payouts in collaboration with the accounting team. • Monitor affiliate traffic for fraud and policy violations. • Handle affiliate inquiries and provide ongoing support and assistance. • Initiate and participate in projects aimed at improving the affiliate program and its performance. • Represent the company at internal and international affiliate events, both remotely and onsite (meet-ups, conferences, business trips). • Collect feedback from affiliates and report insights and recommendations to the Team Lead. • Analyze performance data and create detailed reports to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Experience in Forex or other financial verticals is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.
- An existing network or portfolio of trusted affiliates or affiliate networks in the Philippines is considered a significant advantage.
