Job Requirements
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related domain, preferably within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven proficiency and experience with major HRIS platforms such as Dayforce or Workday for accurate data management and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and related administrative tasks.
- Solid understanding of Portuguese labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese (native or professional working proficiency in both).
- Experience in workplace experience management, including facilities oversight, supplies inventory, and vendor relationship management.
- A meticulous approach to data accuracy and strong organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong internal and external relationships.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, comfortable working within established guidelines while seeking opportunities for process improvement.

This is our first dedicated people hire — and a founding-level role in everything but title. What You'll Own Recruiting — not just posting jobs. You'll help define what "great" looks like for each role, run tight interview processes, maintain the candidate experience we'd want if we were the ones applying, and help close strong people.
