Job Description
Manager, Affiliate
New Engen, Inc.
• Own day-to-day management of affiliate and partner marketing programs, serving as the primary client contact • Guide clients through planning, execution, and optimization with a clear focus on performance outcomes • Build strong, trusted client relationships through consistent communication and thoughtful recommendations • Develop strategic roadmaps that align affiliate initiatives to client goals and business needs • Recruit, onboard, and test new affiliate and partner relationships to expand program reach and efficiency • Monitor pacing and performance, identifying opportunities to optimize partners, placements, and offers • Lead monthly reporting and performance reviews, translating data into clear insights and next steps • Oversee network setup, campaign compliance, and platform best practices • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement across programs • Provide day-to-day support, coaching, and performance guidance for one direct report
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency or client services environment
- Strong communicator who can confidently manage client conversations and present insights with clarity
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Data-driven and analytical, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Comfortable building client-facing presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Proactive self-starter who brings curiosity, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving and contributing to a growing affiliate practice
- Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, or readiness to step into people leadership
