• In partnership with the Account Partner (Sales), lead pre-sales activities for medium- to large-complexity engagements, acting as the primary Delivery Specialist. • Develop comprehensive implementation proposals, including Statements of Work (SOWs), staffing plans, and the engagement of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization to drive alignment and consensus. • Articulate the customer vision and strategy, connecting business value to core Salesforce platform capabilities. • Identify opportunities for new services and upsell, ensuring customer retention and revenue growth. • Provide direct oversight to project teams throughout the engagement lifecycle, serving as the primary escalation point for both the customer and Salesforce delivery teams. • Assume direct leadership responsibilities by managing and mentoring junior team members (such as Associate Engagement Managers or lower-grade EMs) and/or leading program teams. • Actively participate in and drive internal initiatives focused on best practices, capability development, and organizational growth.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services.
- Strong ability to operate in a pre-sales environment, shaping and estimating large, complex implementation projects.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale projects or managing programs.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated executive presence and experience in client advisory roles engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to influence diverse audiences, facilitate solution design, and lead executive-level digital transformation strategy and requirements definition sessions.
