This is a remote position. - Make Good Things Happen for Other People - Follow our proven Renewal process to offer our existing trucking insurance bilingual customers the best individualized policy options from the insurance carriers IIG represents - Asses & Underwrite our existing client’s needs, Present Renewal Quotes, Close and Follow-up - Keep accurate information for all customers within the CRM database, adhering to company quality and compliance standards. - Build relationships with existing clients and occasionally capitalize on Leads provided & referrals to obtain new prospects (for additional compensation if desired). - Email management and follow-up with calls/ emails for the missing information and documentation. - Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately Requirements - Must speak and write the Albanian & English languages fluently - Must pass background check - Must pass the Property & Casualty insurance state licensing test and obtain license; must be US based and eligible to work in the US - Sales Aptitude & Sales Skills (communication, persuasion, prospecting, outbound calling, negotiation and closing skills) - PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must - Higher education is a plus - Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must - Ability to organize tasks effectively, manage time, be results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines Benefits 1. This is a remote position. International Insurance Group is seeking a disciplined, strategic, and technically sophisticated leader to oversee, align, and elevate our Trucking Division (Strategic Business Unit). Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall leadership, budget and growth of this Division, which consists of approximately 50 staff and $45mill in annualized premium. A core component of this role for the first 24 months is the structured training and development of new Trucking Sales Agents to ensure disciplined, profitable, and technically sound growth. - P&L Ownership & Margin Discipline: This role carries full P&L responsibility and will serve as the operational Integrator of the division, ensuring alignment between Sales, Retention, Service, and Underwriting. - Operational Alignment: Ensure day-to-day operations comply with industry regulations, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency. - New Sales Agent Training & Development: The Division Leader will serve as the architect and leader of IIG’s Trucking New Sales Agent Training Program. - Carrier & Market Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, insurance carriers, brokers and stakeholders. Requirements - 5+ years’ experience in Trucking Insurance. - Leadership: Proven experience managing high-performing teams and achieving organizational growth, with direct reports is a must! - Leadership: Professional experience running a trucking insurance operation (preferred). - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Insurance (MBA preferred). - Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, communication, interpersonal and data analysis abilities. - Technology: Proficient in insurance software and technology solutions. Role Description This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates who are located in Romania or Moldova. This is a full time, US hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST (3:30PM - 12:00AM RO). - Assist our Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention process. - Help gather the information from the prospect customer using our communication system (phone, IM and emails). - Fill in the info gathered in various Forms, Applications, Carriers sites to generate quotes. - Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately. - Make submissions to underwriters. - Email management and follow-up with calls and emails for the missing information and documentation. Qualifications - Must speak and write the Ukrainian and Russian language fluently. - Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal). - Must pass background check. - PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must. - Higher education is a plus (business related preferred). - Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must. - Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines.
