• Design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that powers analytical insights across the organization. • Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse structures • Partnering with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Building and optimizing data models, schemas, and database structures • Implementing data quality checks, validation frameworks, and monitoring processes • Developing dashboards and analytical tools to support business insights • Supporting tool selection, data platform enhancements, and adoption of new technologies • Troubleshooting data issues and ensuring data availability and performance • Contributing to data governance, documentation, and data dictionary development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analyst, data analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar role
- Strong experience with SQL and relational/NoSQL databases
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java
- Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (nice to have)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability with high attention to detail
- Ability to design scalable data pipelines and optimize data models
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and best practices
- Positive, proactive approach toward automation and modern data tooling

Job Description As a Data Strategist, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of ATPCO’s commercial strategy.
