• At the Telco Hub in Madrid, we are pioneers in merging IT and Telco, building and scaling Telco as a Platform (TaaP) on our proprietary layered cloud. • Our teams operate in cross-country and cross-functional squads, delivering cutting-edge services to Europe's most valued Operator. • Our mission is to create the best customer experience based on three core principles: Cloud-based, Automated, and Sustainable. • We work as a DevOps team, taking full responsibility from design and engineering to deployment and operation. • One of our next major challenges is the development of a new AI Calling system, built on DT Technik’s CaaS Kubernetes platform, enabling real-time speech processing and translation within IMS call flows.
Job Requirements
- Good experience with cloud-native technologies and containerized environments
- Strong proficiency with Containers and Kubernetes orchestration
- Hands-on experience with IMS architectures and call flows (CSCFs, AS, MRF)
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI)
- Good knowledge of Python and Bash scripting languages
- Structured troubleshooting methodology and root cause analysis capabilities
- DevOps mindset with strong ownership mentality
- Experience with real-time systems and performance optimization in telecommunications environments
- Familiarity with testing and validation frameworks for cloud-native applications
- Understanding German would be helpful (optional)
- Experience with AI/ML integration in telecommunications or real-time speech processing systems
- Knowledge of Deutsche Telekom's CaaS Kubernetes platform or similar proprietary cloud solutions
