• створювати креативні брифи та разом із внутрішньою агенцією (дизайнерами та копірайтерами) створювати контент для соцмереж, який хочеться лайкнути, зберегти й пошерити (в Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, Facebook); • генерувати сміливі ідеї для дописів і колаборацій, які вирізнятимуть нас у стрічці; • писати тексти (великого та маленького формату — від сторіз до повноцінних матеріалів); • слідкувати за трендами і контекстом у бізнес-/креативній та IT-індустріях, аби контент був актуальним та резонуючим; • співпраця з бренд-відділом, продюсерами курсів, партнерами та нашими викладачами; • аналіз ключових показників та пропозиції щодо рішень для їхнього зростання; • допомога в систематизації SMM-процесів.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ роки досвіду роботи SMM-менеджером;
  • навички креативного копірайтингу, особливо в коротких форматах;
  • вміння відрізнити сильні тексти та ідеї від слабких;
  • вміння проводити рісьорч та знаходити потрібну інформацію (інсайти аудиторії, тренди, першоджерела);
  • розуміння того, що таке контент-план та TOV, і вміння дотримуватись їх у створенні контенту;
  • розуміння SMM як маркетингового та бізнесового інструменту, а не лише як створення контенту;
  • вміння аналізувати результати роботи, працювати з інструментами аналітики та конвертувати цифри в інсайти, беручи відповідальність за результат;
  • сильні комунікаційні скіли, адже будеш співпрацювати з різними командами та партнерами;
  • хороша самоорганізація та вміння ефективно працювати в команді;
  • проактивна позиція та залученість у проєкти (бренд-активності, колаборації, продакшн курсів, взаємодія з іншими каналами комунікації);
  • готовність експериментувати, генерувати нові ідеї та шукати нестандартні підходи;
  • креативність і бажання створювати щось дійсно круте.

  • вже працював/-ла з освітнім продуктом або проєктом, дотичним до ніш наших брендів (бізнес/ креатив/ IT)
  • знання основ дизайну та робота з таск-менеджерами (Asana, Jira)
  • досвід ком’юніті-менеджменту або інфлюенс-маркетингу
