• Define and own the global events strategy, annual calendar, and event frameworks across regions • Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution for flagship Unite events, including concept, agenda, speakers, logistics, production, and creative assets • Establish global standards, playbooks, tooling, and governance to ensure consistency and quality • Partner cross‑functionally (Sales, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Leadership) to define objectives, KPIs, and target audiences • Deliver performance reporting, insights, and continuous improvements to enhance experience, efficiency, and ROI • Manage agencies, production partners, and vendors to ensure premium, brand‑aligned event experiences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years’ of experience in global B2B Event Management roles
- Proven experience delivering complex international events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person)
- Strong understanding of event performance metrics, pipeline attribution, and ROI analysis
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders
- Strong ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and globally with different teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, … and Leadership teams
- Comfortable with international travel commitments of roughly one trip per quarter
- Proficiency with event platforms, registration systems, and data capture workflows (such as Vfairs, Cvent, …)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English (Level C2)
- Advantageous: Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology environment

Role Description To support our growth, we’re hiring a Senior Brand Events Manager to join the Events Team. This role is for a strategic builder and hands-on executor who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, experiential marketing, and measurable business impact.
