Embedded Sales Lead
Remote
• Provide Level 2 sales support to partner sales teams, addressing complex sales inquiries and providing necessary resources to close deals effectively. • Manage all partner-referred leads and own the complete sales cycle, including tracking leads and ensuring timely follow-ups. • Ensure a clean pipeline, and accurate forecasting for direct referrals to Remote, and also forecast partner revenue for accurate GTM reporting. • Support sales enablement with on-the-job training sessions for partner teams. • Own the Slack sales support channel for real-time communication and quick responses to partner inquiries. • Ensure timely closure of all deals while maintaining the accuracy and cleanliness of Salesforce records. • Continuously iterate on the role framework while planning partner success over time with a strategic revenue-driving plan.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- A deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including managing complex sales processes from lead generation to closure.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to support partner success and foster long-term partnerships.
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage pipelines, leads, and sales data accurately.
- Proactive approach to resolving partner challenges, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to train and enable partner teams with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in Salesforce, forecasting, and reporting.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment, with the ability to pivot and adjust strategies based on changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to engage cross-functional teams to support partner success.
- Writes and speaks fluent English, proficiency in French is preferred.
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
