RPA Developer, Python, Claude Code
Hire Overseas
• Build, extend, and improve the core automation framework and underlying infrastructure • Develop new automation workflows and enhance existing ones using Python and TypeScript • Design automation logic that is reliable, maintainable, and built to scale • Use Claude Code to accelerate development, generate automation logic, and solve complex workflow problems • Own the architecture of specific automation systems end-to-end • Build or improve frontend interfaces connected to automation systems where needed • Integrate automation workflows with APIs, internal tools, and third-party services • Ensure data flows correctly across connected systems and validate outputs • Contribute across the stack when the work calls for it • Identify failure patterns, performance bottlenecks, and logic gaps in existing automations • Improve error handling, retry logic, and system resilience across workflows • Support testing and validation of new builds before they go to production • Monitor live automations and respond to incidents with a developer's diagnostic approach • Work with automation platforms such as Activepieces, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools • Use API tools such as Postman and run SQL queries to validate data and debug integrations • Maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for the systems you own
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in RPA development, automation engineering, or a closely related software development role
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or a demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools at a high level
- Frontend development capability, with full stack experience being strongly preferred
- Comfort working with APIs, logs, and data validation in production environments
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership over the systems you build
- Clear written communication and ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teammates
