Job Description

Credit Analyst – Loan Processor

• Manage the end-to-end mortgage journey, from initial financial analysis and serviceability calculations to final loan lodgment. • Evaluate complex income structures, ensuring strict compliance with "Best Interests Duty" (BID) guidelines. • Proactively manage lender requests to secure timely approvals. • Analyze complex income structures and utilize lender-specific calculators to determine maximum borrowing capacity. • Review Credit Reporting (CCR) and bank statements to validate existing liabilities. • High-accuracy data entry into CRM systems and ensure BID requirements are met. • Proactively address Missing Information Requests (MIR) from lenders to ensure a "one-touch approval" goal. • Liaise with Business Development Managers for policy clarifications and status updates.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the **Australian Mortgage Industry** (Lender or Broker side).
  • Advanced skills in reading pay slips, tax returns, and servicing calculators.
  • Familiarity with **Negative Gearing**, LVR constraints, and various loan purposes (Refinance, Purchase, Construction, SMSF).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to handle high volumes (10-15 files/day), and a commitment to long-term professional growth.
  • Experience with **Quickli**, **ApplyOnline**, and major bank portals is highly preferred.
