HR Project Coordinator

• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers to enable effective execution of HR initiatives. • Coordinate assigned project tasks and deliverables, track progress, and follow up on actions to support on‑time completion under the direction of a project manager or lead. • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare materials, capture notes, and communicate updates to ensure alignment and follow‑through across project participants. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, action logs, and risk/issue trackers, ensuring information is current and accessible. • Identify and log project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns to project leadership for resolution and guidance. • Operates within clearly defined project scope, processes, and priorities. Work is performed under the guidance of a project manager or senior team member, with decisions escalated as appropriate. Responsible for coordinating and executing assigned tasks; does not independently set project direction, approve changes to scope, or make budgetary decisions. Applies standard procedures and tools to identify issues, track risks, and surface concerns. Escalates issues to project leadership for resolution. Interacts regularly with HR team members, project stakeholders, and partners to gather information, share updates, and support alignment. Influence is primarily through coordination and follow‑up rather than authority. Impacts project efficiency, communication flow, and delivery quality through accurate tracking, documentation, and coordination.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Must have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations support, administrative coordination, or a similar role supporting structured work initiatives.
  • Must have proven Project Management experience
  • Must be knowledgeable in Employee Lifecycle Process efficiency and automation experience is a plus
  • Successful candidate is detail oriented.
  • Flexible and remains agile throughout the work day.
  • Willingness to take on new tasks with ease.
  • Problem solving and solutions oriented mindset.
  • Must be amenable to a full night shift schedule from 8pm to 5am
