• Пошук і формування оптимальної схеми монетизації • Робота з продуктовою активацією користувачів • Створення користувацьких флоу від воронки до першої взаємодії в продукті • Генерація ідей та гіпотез для тестування на веб-воронках, що використовуються командою для залучення користувачів у продукт • Реалізація ідей та гіпотез під ключ: від ідеї до готових флоу через відповідні задачі для дизайнера, розробника тощо • Проведення і аналіз результатів А/В тестів на веб-воронках з метою підвищення конверсії в підписку та ARPS користувачів • Постійний аналіз веб-воронок і продуктів конкурентів з метою пошуку нових точок росту • Глибока аналітика драйверів конверсії на воронці та ефективності обраної прайсинг стратегії • Ефективна взаємодія з усіма учасниками процесу — від продукту до аналітики • Проведення користувацьких інтервʼю для пошуку нових точок росту.
Job Requirements
- Досвід роботи від 3х років у сфері продуктового менеджменту, маркетингу або продакт-маркетинг менеджменту
- Досвід роботи з аналітичними інструментами (Amplitude, Tableau чи аналогічними): аналіз даних, формування висновків і побудова гіпотез
- Досвід аналітики продуктів та/або маркетингових стратегій конкурентів
- Data-driven підхід до роботи (прийняття рішень на основі тестів та якісних даних)
- Навички створення ефективних презентацій і рекламних креативів, здатних досягати поставлених цілей
- Високий рівень навичок пріоритизації задач та тайм менеджменту
- Вміння вирішувати проблеми, а не їх створювати
- Рівень англійської мови на рівні не нижче за Upper-Intermediate.
