WordPress Developer, Marketing & Integrations

• Build and maintain custom WordPress themes using ACF flexible content blocks as a modular page builder architecture • Perform routine WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates across our portfolio of client sites • Develop and QA landing pages for paid ad campaigns, ensuring proper form functionality, tracking, and CRM connectivity • Build and configure lead magnet tools including Typeform quizzes, Perspective funnels, chatbots, and similar conversion assets • Set up and manage integrations between websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms using webhooks, APIs, and automation tools like Zapier • Implement pixels, conversion tracking, and UTM structures in coordination with the performance marketing team • Collaborate with designers to translate Figma comps into clean, responsive WordPress builds • Support and optimize client sites built on page builders (Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, etc.) as needed • Troubleshoot and debug front-end and back-end issues across client sites • Use AI tools to accelerate development workflows while maintaining code quality and manual oversight

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years building custom WordPress themes with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) flexible content blocks
  • 3+ years working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of popular WordPress page builders (Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, etc.) with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and extend them for client needs
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI as a development tool — not as a crutch, but as a force multiplier for speed and problem-solving
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
  • Comfortable working in Figma and Adobe products (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Developer-first mindset with a marketing support orientation
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client projects
