• Design, implement, and manage a company-wide Learning & Development program • Serve as a liaison between HR and business units to ensure alignment of HR strategies with organization goals • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and changes • Ensure compliance and reporting with federal, state, and local employment laws • Partner with managers to identify training needs and support employee development initiatives • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws • Prepare and analyze HR reports and people metrics for leadership • Support compensation reviews • Address employee relations matters and support resolution processes • Support immigration/mobility program, recruitment and onboarding initiatives, as needed • Contribute to ad-hoc HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and continuous improvement initiatives • Other duties may be assigned based on business needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a learning & development or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, HR best practices, immigration/mobility program, and organizational development
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; ADP experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, innovative and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel

About the Role As a Senior HR Business Partner at Headway, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to our executives. Compensation and Benefits: The expected base pay range for this position is $144,000 - $225,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
