• Responsible for linguistically and culturally interpreting written material • Maintain the structure and style of the original text • Research industry-specific terminology • Proofread translated texts for accuracy • Build strong relationships with the IQVIA Translations Services team

• Editing and refining AI-assisted translations for fluency, tone, and cultural appropriateness • Localizing scripts for dubbing, voiceover, and multimedia content • Ensuring terminology consistency across projects and maintaining glossaries where needed • Collaborating with dubbing and audio teams to ensure translations perform well in spoken form

• Translating various assigned files into Japanese • Updating translated files based on updates in English files • Proofreading other translators' translations • Attending regular team meetings and interacting with other departments • Actively participating in Japanese language–related discussions

• Deliver clear, accurate ASL interpretation during live instruction and related educational activities • Support effective communication between the student, educators, and peers • Collaborate with the instructional team to promote student engagement and success • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all school-based interactions
