Job title: Assistant to the CEO Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to the CEO. The Assistant is responsible for managing the complex agenda of the CEO, assisting with travel and event coordination for the CEO, interacting with internal and external stakeholders and performing other administrative tasks to support the work and efforts of the Executive Productivity Manager and our CEO, Stephen Wolfram. This position requires a great attention to detail and the initiative to work independently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working behind the scenes on the frontiers of science and technology. The ideal schedule for this position will be Tuesday through Saturday. Additionally, a clear background check will be required for this role. Job title: Digital Publishing Specialist Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Publishing Specialist to support Stephen Wolfram's Writings. The primary responsibilities of the Publishing Specialist include the publishing and distribution of e-publications across multiple platforms, along with managing and maintaining author profiles. This position will interact directly with supporting internal teams and our CEO, Stephen Wolfram. A clear background check will be required for this role.
