• Create and develop visual communication for Cuponomia's campaigns, projects, and products; • Support the company's visual communication and digital marketing strategies; • Ensure visual and brand consistency across different user touchpoints; • Design assets for social media, promotional campaigns, newsletters, and landing pages; • Produce illustrations and edit short-form videos for digital channels; • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop visual materials aligned with business and performance objectives; • Contribute to continuous improvements in the visual quality and user experience of the brand's communications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Portfolio showing design processes, demonstrating concept development and visual solutions as well as final deliverables;
  • Proficiency with graphic editing and creation tools (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • Experience with Figma;
  • Good written communication and ability to organize work across different teams;
  • Knowledge of basic design principles.
  • DIFFERENTIALS:**
  • Experience with digital products related to e-commerce or digital marketing;
  • Experience working in companies that use agile methodologies;
  • Familiarity with work and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira);
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
  • Experience with motion design or editing short videos for social media;

Role Description The Senior Project Designer plays a key role in the concept development and design process for spa, wellness, fitness, and hospitality amenity projects. This position supports projects from early ideation through schematic design, working closely with the consulting team, architects, interior designers, and ownership groups.
