Partner Solution Engineer
Omnissa
• Drive and collaborate with partners to assist in their Digital Workspace practices • Support the partner sales motions and educate them on the Omnissa platform • Build relationships with technology decision makers in your partner • Engage with Partner Business Managers to ensure alignment on activities • Enable and manage your partners to deliver product value demonstrations • Deliver bespoke technical enablement sessions to both Sales and Technical teams • Work from partner offices regularly to maintain relationships • Track partner progress with education and certifications • Ensure partners understand our delivery best practices • Track and support partner owned opportunities • Provide feedback into sales and solution engineering management
Job Requirements
- Fluent in French and comfortable in English – both written and spoken
- 3 years’ experience in an End User Computing role
- 3+ years EUC Pre Sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant (desirable)
- Experienced in Subscription based go-to-market and Customer Adoption Management
- Proven background in two or more of the following technologies:
- Desktop Virtualization: (Omnissa Horizon, Citrix VAD or Microsoft AVD)
- Mobile Device Management (Android, iOS, Zebra or other rugged device types)
- Desktop Management (Windows, MacOS, Google ChromeOS, Linux)
- Identity Access Management (Okta, Ping, Microsoft AAD or other SAML authentication)
- Zero-Trust security model, Endpoint Protection and Enterprise Security
- Experience with Microsoft desktop operating system and Windows application deployment, configuration and management
- Experience with configuring and deploying:
- Mobile Device Platforms (Omnissa Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, SOTI)
- Physical Desktop Management (Omnissa Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, IBM)
- SaaS Services (Microsoft Azure / AVD, Amazon AWS, Citrix SaaS, Google GCP)
- Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
