Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on Power Automate and SharePoint development experience
- Proven experience building multi-step automated workflows in a Microsoft 365 environment
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint document libraries, lists, and folder-based triggers
- Experience with Word content controls and automated document population
- DocuSign integration experience (or equivalent e-signature platform)
- Ability to work independently and execute against a defined architecture with minimal direction
- Strong written English for async collaboration with the attorney
- High attention to detail — legal documents require zero formatting errors
- Nice-to-Haves (Preferred): Experience integrating AI APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) into automation workflows
