• Tworzyć i wdrażać strategię marketingową – ustalać priorytety, koordynować, definiować efektywny marketing mix, koordynować kampanie i działania zgodnie z celami biznesowymi, z uwzględnieniem długich cykli sprzedaży w B2B. • Planować i realizować działania z obszaru lead generation oraz positioning – generować wysokiej jakości leady, optymalizować lejek sprzedażowy, testować i iterować podejścia. • Prowadzić marketing end-to-end – od pozycjonowania marki, poprzez kontent i SEO / GEO. Komunikację w social mediach i kanałach branżowych, CRM, performance marketing, po ścisłą współpracę z partnerami i zespołem sprzedaży. • Zarządzać budżetem marketingowym – planować wydatki, analizować ROI oraz optymalizować inwestycje w kampanie i narzędzia. • Koordynować współpracę z zespołami i partnerami – działać blisko sprzedaży, delivery i innych obszarów, negocjować oraz domykać umowy z dostawcami. • Testować nowe narzędzia, koncepcje i kanały marketingowe – wykorzystywać AI w codziennej pracy oraz automatyzować procesy. • Analizować i raportować wyniki – monitorować efektywność kampanii, wyciągać wnioski z danych i podejmować decyzje w oparciu o KPI oraz realny wpływ na biznes. • Współorganizować wydarzenia i działania promocyjne – zarówno dla klientów, jak i w ramach inicjatyw wewnętrznych (np. regaty, konferencje).

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 lat doświadczenia w marketingu, w tym co najmniej 2 lata na stanowisku kierowniczym lub menedżerskim.
  • Doświadczenia w pracy z długimi cyklami sprzedaży oraz bardzo dobrej znajomości specyfiki rynku B2B.
  • Umiejętności łączenia strategii z praktyką – szukasz rozwiązań, które realnie działają, i konsekwentnie dowozisz rezultaty.
  • Myślenia analitycznego i biznesowego – oceniasz efekty działań przez pryzmat ROI, pipeline’u i realnego wpływu na wyniki firmy.
  • Proaktywności i samodzielności – testujesz, kwestionujesz i optymalizujesz działania tak długo, aż osiągniesz satysfakcjonujące efekty.
  • Bardzo dobrej organizacji pracy i dbałości o detale – potrafisz koordynować wiele projektów jednocześnie i nie gubisz tematów.
  • Otwartej i szczerej komunikacji – jasno wyrażasz opinie i potrafisz prowadzić konstruktywny dialog.
  • Praktycznej znajomości narzędzi marketingowych MarTech/SalesTech : CRM i marketing automation (np. User.com), analityka (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity), SEO (np. Semstorm), CMS (WordPress) oraz swobody w pracy z narzędziami AI.
  • Umiejętność analizy i optymalizacji działań performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego (minimum C1, w mowie i piśmie).
