• Execute territory sales plans through virtual and in-person strategies to drive increased sales of core and qualified plan assets • Represents Orion and its products to advisors knowledgeably enabling advisors to identify benefits of Orion products • Travel to, staying overnight to work industry conferences in the region to find new opportunities • Works closely with Senior Advisor Consultants to develop and execute business plans to maximize territorial sales • Logs activity in Salesforce and keeps updates to support sales pipeline • Attends ongoing training to maintain knowledge of all markets and industry developments

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales position selling financial services offerings to Registered Representatives, TPAs, etc
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience building and maintaining a customer account base
  • Prior work experience in the financial planning industry (preferred)
  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Licensing Requirements: A Series 65 license or both Series 7 and 66 licenses required to be obtained within 90 days of the start date
