Sales Development Representative – Direct Placement Industry

• Conduct **80–100 outbound calls daily** to prospective clients • Generate new opportunities through **cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting** • Identify and qualify decision-makers within target companies • Schedule **5–7 qualified appointments per week** for the sales team • Manage all prospect interactions within **HubSpot CRM** • Execute email sequences and follow-up campaigns • Use **LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting platforms (e.g., Apollo)** to identify new leads • Track outreach activity and maintain detailed CRM notes • Navigate conversations with gatekeepers and confidently handle objections • Collaborate with leadership to refine and optimize outbound sales processes

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience within the staffing industry (US-based market)**
  • Experience with **direct placement staffing sales** (not third-party recruiting)
  • Proven track record of **meeting or exceeding KPI targets**
  • Strong **cold calling and appointment-setting experience**
  • Experience using **HubSpot CRM**
  • Experience using **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**
  • Experience using **Apollo or a similar prospecting platform**
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to confidently handle objections and navigate gatekeepers
