• Lead the development of scalable services and rich frontend experiences across our Simulation, Diagnostic, and Insights domains. • Own features directly tied to our North Star Metric (Same Store Growth), ensuring that our tools provide measurable value to dental practices. • Work closely with Product, Design, and Clinical experts to translate complex dental workflows into intuitive software. • Act as a technical leader, leveling up the engineers around you through code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practices. • Contribute across our stack (TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL) to deliver end-to-end features.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years (Senior I) of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in modern full-stack development.
  • Experience with React and Node.js is highly preferred.
  • You care about the "why" and are obsessed with how your work impacts practice performance and patient outcomes.
  • You are excited by the challenge of building diagnostic and simulation tools that may involve complex data visualization or 3D rendering.
  • A commitment to high-quality code, automated testing, and robust system design.
