• Build, maintain, and evolve Full Stack React/Next.js applications that serve millions of monthly users. • Improve Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and technical SEO to drive discoverability and engagement. • Partner with product, organic growth, paid marketers and content teams to launch, test, and iterate on high-impact shopping experiences. • Design and implement backend APIs and cloud services that power dynamic, personalized content and partner integrations. • Collaborate on platform-wide initiatives: performance, observability, A/B testing infrastructure, and developer experience. • Contribute to shared UI components and design systems, helping scale high-quality UX across pages and flows. • Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and team technical discussions to help raise the engineering bar.

• Design and implement full stack features using PHP/Laravel, React, and TypeScript across our fundraising, donor management, financial, and growth products. • Build systems and interfaces that scale to handle millions of users, high-volume transactions, and seasonal traffic spikes. • Work with APIs, third-party integrations, and payment systems to create seamless experiences for nonprofits. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers to shape user-friendly, impactful solutions. • Participate in code reviews and help evolve engineering standards and best practices. • Contribute to technical initiatives across the engineering org, including experimentation frameworks and tooling. • Be part of our support rotation during business hours to help triage and resolve production issues.

• Help develop, drive and execute a long-term vision and strategy for the Corporate Payments cross-cutting and core services • Collaboratively define and implement a comprehensive architectural roadmap for the EnCompass platform, aligning with business objectives, industry best practices, and other Corporate Payments teams • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, empowerment, and continuous learning within the engineering teams • Continuously challenge the status quo and implement mechanisms to reduce time-to-market using efficient engineering methods • Collaborate with other Corporate Payments engineering teams to reuse development practices and components to reduce duplication
