(Images, videos, gif,...) following our internal guidance. • Create Asana tickets containing all information necessary for the go-live of a campaign. • Upload Ad creatives across platforms, ensuring the proper tagging. • Monitor campaigns performance on a daily basis to guarantee delivery and suggest improvements. • Generate ad-hoc reports on performance or creatives. • Run competitiveness analysis. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative production, planning and execution. • Monitor industry trends and developments in advertising, while consistently implementing best practices. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's target audience, product offerings, and advertising objectives. • Ensure campaigns are aligned with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience running Ads on META, TikTok or X.
- Good Analytical mindset, results are quantitative. You need to have curiosity for data and understanding ads performance metrics.
- CPI, CPR, IPM, VTR are important terms, if you don’t know what they mean don’t apply or learn them before your first interview.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Previous experience with figma is a plus.
- Fluent **English speaker.** Additional languages are considered a strong asset.

About the Opportunity We’re seeking an Implementation Manager (IM) with strong project management expertise and PMP certification to lead structured, client-facing SaaS implementations from kickoff through adoption. This role is ideal for a project manager who brings organization, accountability, and clear communication to complex initiatives while building trusted client relationships. The IM will serve as the project lead for a portfolio of civic and school district clients, ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and positioned to drive measurable value. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from Service Order signature through configuration, training, and client adoption. - Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics. - Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure consistent, scalable, and predictable implementations. - Serve as the primary project leader and point of accountability for implementation success. - Translate client goals and process requirements into clear, actionable plans and effectively operationalize them within the platform to support their workflows. - Facilitate structured project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment. - Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes. - Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver on project milestones and resolve issues efficiently. - Build strong client relationships while maintaining clear project governance and structure. - Develop training and adoption plans that ensure clients are confident and successful with the platform. - Document project activity and maintain accurate project records and reporting in internal systems. - Capture and communicate client feedback to Product and Development teams to support continuous improvement. Role Description The Implementation Specialist is the front-line person for ZOLL's Customer Success Organization. This position works very closely with our clients to develop an effective training plan that meets their needs and then successfully executes that plan. The Implementation Specialist will evaluate the client environment, provide comprehensive training on ZOLL products, and work collaboratively with our clients to ensure they have a positive implementing experience. Product training is completed both onsite at the client location (travel required) and remotely via web-based tools. The goal of this training/implementation is to ensure the application is configured appropriately and the customer is successfully able to use the applications in their everyday business activities. This position works closely with other members of the ZOLL team on project planning, process improvement, training consistency, and the development of training-related material and documentation. Essential Functions - Effectively train clients on the use of ZOLL software based on best practices and work collaboratively with customers on their system configuration. - Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of training and process material essential to the success of the implementation process. - Coordinate with support and product team to resolve customer issues during implementation process. - Track product adoption for customers to be sure we are setting them up to be successful on ZOLL products. - Act as a training and product resource for other members of the ZOLL team. - Participate in project coordination with ZOLL Project Managers and clients to ensure a successful training and implementation experience. - Work toward client success as an effective team member.
