About the Opportunity We’re seeking an Implementation Manager (IM) with strong project management expertise and PMP certification to lead structured, client-facing SaaS implementations from kickoff through adoption. This role is ideal for a project manager who brings organization, accountability, and clear communication to complex initiatives while building trusted client relationships. The IM will serve as the project lead for a portfolio of civic and school district clients, ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and positioned to drive measurable value. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from Service Order signature through configuration, training, and client adoption. - Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics. - Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure consistent, scalable, and predictable implementations. - Serve as the primary project leader and point of accountability for implementation success. - Translate client goals and process requirements into clear, actionable plans and effectively operationalize them within the platform to support their workflows. - Facilitate structured project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment. - Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes. - Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver on project milestones and resolve issues efficiently. - Build strong client relationships while maintaining clear project governance and structure. - Develop training and adoption plans that ensure clients are confident and successful with the platform. - Document project activity and maintain accurate project records and reporting in internal systems. - Capture and communicate client feedback to Product and Development teams to support continuous improvement. Critical Skills/Experience: - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required. - 3–5 years of project management experience leading SaaS implementations or complex client-facing projects. - Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent implementation projects with competing priorities and firm deadlines - Strong experience in scope management, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and timeline accountability. - Ability to drive projects forward while managing client expectations and internal dependencies. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. If you are hired at ClearGov, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, interview performance, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring beyond the base range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. Role Description The Implementation Specialist is the front-line person for ZOLL's Customer Success Organization. This position works very closely with our clients to develop an effective training plan that meets their needs and then successfully executes that plan.
