• Doc types + extraction schemas (top 10) including validations • OCR/extraction pipeline (edge cases: poor scans, tables, stamps) • RAG/LLM: summaries + client email drafts + action items • Confidence/checks: thresholds, rule/LLM checks, human-in-the-loop gates • QA/evaluation: golden set, metrics (precision/recall), prompt and model regression tests
Job Requirements
- LLM/RAG in production (not just demos)
- Document-focused (OCR/extraction/classification) or very close experience
- Engineering: versioning, reproducibility, tests, monitoring
- Evaluation mindset: measure quality & prevent regression

This is a part-time role (10–20 hours per week), ideal for someone experienced in modern web testing, with a strong focus on test automation using Cypress. You will work closely with the engineering team to identify issues, expand automated test coverage, and validate releases before deployment. Our platform integrates with enterprise systems such as help desk tools and identity providers, so strong attention to detail and the ability to test edge cases and complex integrations are essential. This role is well-suited for someone who can work independently, take ownership of QA processes, and proactively improve testing practices in a fast-paced, remote environment. Responsibilities Test Automation - Write, maintain, and improve end-to-end tests using Cypress - Expand automated coverage across critical user workflows - Improve the reliability and structure of existing test suites - Identify opportunities to implement automated regression testing Manual QA - Perform exploratory testing on new features prior to release - Validate bug fixes and confirm proper resolution - Reproduce reported issues and provide clear documentation and steps - Test cross-browser behavior and UI consistency Release QA - Validate staging environments before production deployments - Execute regression testing for major releases - Verify integrations and authentication flows (SSO, OAuth, etc.) Collaboration - Work closely with engineers to identify bugs, edge cases, and root causes - Help define and improve testing strategies for new features - Document QA processes, test cases, and best practices
