• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise integration solutions • Define and implement the integration architecture strategy aligning with enterprise goals and technology standards • Lead end-to-end design and delivery of API-led and event-driven integration solutions using MuleSoft, Boomi, and WSO2 • Partner with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures • Develop integration blueprints, architecture artifacts, and governance frameworks for enterprise adoption • Oversee integration development, testing, and deployment ensuring adherence to design principles and performance standards • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration teams on tools, methodologies, and best practices • Define and enforce API governance, security policies, and data integration standards • Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams for hybrid and multi-cloud integration deployments • Troubleshoot and optimize system integrations for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in enterprise integration architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with at least two of the following: MuleSoft Any point Platform, Dell Boomi, and WSO2
- Deep understanding of API design, REST/SOAP, microservices, event-driven architecture, and ESB patterns
- Experience with cloud-native integrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and API management platforms
- Excellent knowledge of data transformation, error handling, security (OAuth, SAML, JWT), and governance
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
