• Lead the development of high-performing video creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and TV, from concept through production and delivery • Bring relentless creative ambition to push our existing work further and open up new creative territories we haven't explored yet • Drive UGC and influencer/creator partnerships, developing briefs and frameworks that produce content that feels native and converts • Develop strong concepts for TV and work closely with copywriting and production partners to push toward breakthrough work • Stay deeply in tune with what's working and what isn't across our paid social creative, using performance data to influence future iterations and identify big new swings worth testing • Champion AI adoption across the team to accelerate concepting, production, and creative iteration • Lead and develop a small team of multi-disciplinary creatives • Build the frameworks and processes that let a lean team produce quality work at volume

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years in creative direction with a strong portfolio of video creative spanning paid social and TV
  • Proven track record developing breakthrough video creative at scale, including UGC and creator/influencer content
  • Experience in TV and video production, including concept development and working with directors and production partners
  • Deep platform expertise across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, you know what performs and why
  • Experimentation mindset, you've built or contributed to testing frameworks and know how to use data to sharpen creative direction without letting it be the only voice in the room
  • AI-forward, you're already using AI tools in your workflow across concepting and production, and excited to bring that to a team
  • Genuine obsession with advertising, culture, and how creative moves people to act.
