Summary The Staff Web Designer will guide the strategic direction, execution, and continuous evolution of our marketing website. You’ll be the glue between brand expression and performance — ensuring our web experiences are excellently crafted, technically sound, and optimized for business impact. You will partner closely with teams looking after SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design teams to ensure our website not only looks amazing but drives engagement, acquisition, and conversion at scale. Responsibilities - Own the website creative vision and partner to help define the roadmap in alignment with web strategy, growth goals, and technical capabilities. - Work daily with a web team of designers, developers, CRO/SEO specialists and external partners — fostering excellence in execution and craft. - Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across SEO, CRO, Marketing, Comms, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design. - Develop engaging experiences that drive results as measured by shared success metrics. - Continuously improve UX and UI through testing, iteration, and advocating for best practices. - Ensure web projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both brand and business performance goals. - Manage and continuously develop the Website Design System together with developers, based on business needs. - Collaborate with others on the Brand & creative team to maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints. - Establish systems and processes to streamline web operations to increase project velocity, and enable self-serve at scale. - Translate performance insights and business needs into clear briefs and initiatives. Qualifications - 9+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing - Deep understanding of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development. - AI: Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies; experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences or using AI tools as part of your design workflow. A portfolio that includes examples of work related to AI-powered features, AI-assisted workflows, or experiments with AI tools. - A portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and high-quality execution across web and digital campaigns. - Proven success managing web initiatives in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment. - Exceptional communicator who can manage input and expectations across multiple stakeholders. - Strong understanding of Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms. - Adept at balancing brand integrity with data-driven decision-making. - Experience working in agile environments and/or with developers and marketing operations teams.
