Job Description

Revenue Automation Lead

• Lead identification and prioritization of high-impact automation opportunities across quote-to-cash, moving beyond task-based automation to end-to-end process transformation • Own the Revenue and AR automation intake and roadmap, including problem definition, requirements, and success metrics • Partner with the RPA team and Accounting Operations to design solutions and drive UAT, deployment readiness, and adoption for Revenue and AR • Build, troubleshoot, and optimize complex Alteryx Designer workflows • Publish and maintain owned workflows on Alteryx Server, including scheduling, monitoring, documentation, and versioning • Ensure automated solutions maintain audit trails and align with SOX and internal control requirements • Collaborate with Business Transformation to design the reconciliation, validation, and monitoring of financial data within Snowflake • Design and maintain Tableau dashboards providing visibility into revenue, billing, and accounts receivable performance • Train and mentor new Alteryx users within the CAO organization and promote workflow standards and best practices • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects independently

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of combined experience in corporate revenue accounting role, accounting process automation, or public accounting
  • Experience with Alteryx (including Server)
  • Proven track record of transitioning manual finance processes into automated, scalable environments
  • Excellent attention to detail, high degree of analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Experience building Tableau dashboards and working with Snowflake
  • Experience or strong foundational understanding of how Generative AI or Machine Learning can be applied to finance workflows
  • Experience partnering with RPA teams delivering automations, such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate, including requirements, UAT, and rollout
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zuora Billing/Revenue, Oracle Fusion ERP, or similar enterprise ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance for SaaS arrangements
  • Experience managing internal control activities (SOX) specifically related to automated systems
  • Active CPA or equivalent (or willingness to become active)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead teams through technological shifts
